Like it or not, it's naptime.

　　The teacher in this classroom must be extremely boring, as all the children have fallen asleep. Actually, it is part of the daily routine for most Taiwanese school children. From 12:00 till 12:30 they eat their lunch. This is followed by a nap that lasts until about 1:20. Some teachers believe that by having the children take a short nap after lunch they will be refreshed and ready to learn for the second half of the day.
　　The standard position seems to be hunched over with your head resting on folded arms. Some students say that this is a very uncomfortable position and claim that it gives them sore arms. Others say that being hunched over while having a full belly makes them feel a bit sick. Regardless of whether or not they like it, it is the policy of some teachers. I hope those students who don’t like it get used to it, as there is no room in the classroom or the school budget for dozens of beds.

【翻譯】
    這個教室的老師一定是極度的無聊，因為所有的小朋友都睡著了。事實上，這是台灣學校的小朋友每天例行公事的一部份。十二點到十二點半他們吃午餐，之後是持續到大約一點二十的休息。一些老師相信，叫這些學生吃完後稍微睡一下，他們可以恢復精神，然後準備好學習下午的課程。
     午睡的標準的姿勢似乎是弓著身體，用頭靠著交叉的雙臂。一些學生說這是非常不舒服的姿勢，並宣稱這個姿勢會帶給手臂痠痛。其他人說肚子飽飽的時候趴著睡，會使他們感到有一點不舒服。不管他們是喜歡或是不喜歡，這是一些老師的政策。我希望那些不喜歡的學生能夠適應它，因為教室沒有空間，學校也沒有預算能夠買幾十張床。
