Juice Vendor

     After walking around the night market for a while, one of my favorite stops is the juice vendor. It is just the right place to cool off, quench your thirst, and take a break from all the shopping and game playing. With several blenders set up on a table, they are hard to miss. They offer a wide variety of fresh fruit juices and other drinks. Fresh fruit, ice and water are put into a blender and mixed until the ice is finely chopped. Sometimes they add milk for a creamier flavor or honey to sweeten it up. Watermelon juice or watermelon milk is very popular as is tomato juice with a bit of honey, but I think papaya milk is the best.
