1. I surf the net whenever I get the chance. I spend a lot of time on Facebook looking at what my friends have posted. I play Facebook games, too.

2. I don’t surf the internet more than a few times a week. I only go on to check my e-mail. I’d rather spend my time doing something more productive.

3. I’m kind of a computer nerd, so I am on it every day. Most of the sites that I visit are about technical computer stuff like programming. It’s more or less a hobby of mine.

4. I surf the net most evenings to relax. I like going on Youtube and watching funny videos that people have uploaded. It helps me to unwind down before I go to bed.

5. Like many people today, I am addicted to the internet. I am on it constantly. I especially like on-line shopping sites. That is where I buy all my clothes and school supplies.

1. I don’t have anything too important in my wallet and I usually don’t carry much cash with me. So I wouldn’t worry to much about it. I’d just buy a new wallet.

2. First, I would frantically search everywhere for it. If I couldn’t find it, then I would call the bank and cancel my credit cards. What more could I do?

3. I would ask around to see if anyone found it. If that didn’t work, I report it the police. Hopefully, they would be able to locate it for me.

4. I’d wait for a few days and see if it turned up. If not, I’d cancel all of my bank cards and request new ones. I’d also have to get a new student ID card.

5. It actually happened to me once. It was a big hassle having to phone around and report my cards stolen. Not to mention that I lost more than 2000 dollars in cash.

1. My mother organizes a family get together every year. All my relatives come over and we have a big meal along with birthday cake. Then we just sit around and visit.

2. I’m not really that big on birthdays. I try not to mention anything about it and hope that no one remembers. I don’t like people making a big deal about it.

3. I usually invite 5 or 6 friends over and have a little party. We sing songs on the karoake machine and my mother cooks a special me for us. It’s nice to be surrounded by friends on my birthday.

4. Most birthdays, I try to plan a weekend trip somewhere. It’s kind of a birthday present to myself. I take this opportunity to relax and unwind for a couple of days.

5. We don’t really celebrate birthdays in our house. At most, someone will buy a birthday cake for me and everyone will sing Happy Birthday. If I’m really lucky, my parents might buy me a gift.

1. I get my hair cut about 3 or 4 times a year. I usually go to a hair salon in Taijhong. It is more expensive, but worth it.

2. I only get my hair cut once a year. I like to have long hair, so I don’t need to get it cut very often.

3. I like my hair really short, so I go for a trim every couple of weeks. There’s a barber shop near my house that does it.

4. I get a haircut at least every 2 months. I don’t like having the same hairstyle any longer than that.

5. I get it cut whenever my bangs get too long; usually, every couple months. I hate having hair in my eyes.
